Prepare a memorable username and a unique password.
Create an account and open the dashboard
Start by opening the VPNWR sign-up page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to access the dashboard and the password to protect your plan, orders, and personal subscription details. Choose a password that you do not reuse on other websites, and make sure both entries match before submitting.
After submission, you will enter the dashboard. It includes the account overview, plans, client downloads, and subscription sections. If the browser remains on the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. Do not rush to copy anything yet: an account without an active plan usually has no available routes. Next, choose a plan based on your regular usage.
Keep your username and password secure. You will still need them to access the dashboard from another browser or device. If you are unsure where you left off, sign in again and check the account overview: if there is no active plan, open the plans section; if the plan is active, continue to the subscription section.
Choose based on expected data usage, not the client platform.
Choose a plan and place your order
On the plans page, decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package suits you better. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date. These plans suit devices used regularly for video, collaboration tools, or international websites.
For less predictable usage, consider data packages that never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and do not reset monthly. There is no need to calculate separately by device because plans support unlimited devices; estimate the combined data usage across all devices instead.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment, return to the dashboard and wait for the account overview to show the plan as active. If the page does not update promptly, refresh the order or account overview once rather than creating the same order repeatedly. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by the remaining days; refer to the order confirmation page for the exact result.
All plans include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Start by choosing a tier close to your current usage and completing the connection setup. For a detailed comparison of data allowances and use cases, visit the full plans page.
The subscription link connects your dashboard to your device client.
Get the subscription link from the dashboard
Once your plan is active, open the account overview and find the subscription details. The dashboard provides options to copy the subscription or import it into a client. After you click copy, the system clipboard stores a personal link formatted like a web address. It is not a regular webpage or a public download URL; it is the credential the client uses to retrieve route configuration.
To avoid mistakes, temporarily paste the link into a local text editor and check that it starts with the complete URL and has no extra spaces at the end. The format shown in this guide is https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; it is clearly fictitious and cannot be used to connect. Always copy the real link from your own dashboard; this site never publicly displays actual subscription URLs.
Your personal subscription contains the route information associated with your account and should only be imported on your own devices. Do not send it in public chats, screenshots, or shared documents. If it has been exposed in an inappropriate place, open the dashboard and generate a new one, then update every device with the new link. Keep the dashboard open after copying; the next step is to open the client for your platform and paste the link.
If the subscription option does not appear in the account overview, first check whether both the plan and order statuses have updated. If payment is complete but the page has not changed, submit a ticket from the dashboard instead of paying again.
Get the client for your platform from the dashboard, then import the subscription.
Import on each platform
VPNWR supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page focuses on the four most common platforms. Get clients only from the logged-in dashboard; the marketing site does not provide static installers. Open the download section, select your current system, install the client using the method shown in the dashboard, and then return to the client to import your subscription.
Add a subscription on Windows
Open the client download section in the dashboard, select Windows, and get the VPNWR client. After installation, launch the app and find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from link” in the main interface or sidebar. Paste the personal subscription you copied earlier, give it a recognizable name, and click Add.
Run an update after adding it. Seeing a list of regional routes confirms that the import worked. Start with a nearby route or one matching the target service region, then return to the client home screen and connect. If Windows shows a network-permission prompt, allow the client to establish the system connection; otherwise, the interface may show the route as selected while system traffic does not use it.
Import a configuration on macOS
Open the macOS client entry from the dashboard and follow the page instructions to download and install it. The first launch may require you to confirm application permissions. In the client, find subscription management, choose to add by link, paste the full personal subscription, save it, and update the configuration.
On the first connection, macOS may ask to allow a network configuration to be added. Confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and connect. When the client status appears in the menu bar and the app shows Connected, proceed to verification. If the permission prompt was dismissed, review the relevant configuration in the network section of System Settings.
Update routes on Android
Sign in to the dashboard, select Android in the client downloads section, and get the VPNWR client for your device. After installing and opening it, choose Add by link from subscription management or configuration, then paste and save your personal subscription. Manually start an update and wait for route names to appear in the list.
When you choose a route and connect, Android displays a system VPN permission dialog. Allow it so the client can manage the current network. Some devices restrict long-running background activity; if the connection often drops after the screen locks, add the client to the system’s list of apps allowed to run in the background. Settings vary by manufacturer, so check the Help Center’s mobile background-connection guide if needed.
Complete the import on iOS
Open the iOS client instructions from the dashboard and follow the provided path to the relevant app. After installation, return to the dashboard to copy your subscription, then choose Add by URL, link, or subscription in the client. Paste and save it, run an update, and confirm that the route list appears.
On the first connection, iOS asks to add a VPN configuration and requires confirmation using the system verification method. Return to the client after completing it, select a route, and connect. A VPN indicator in the status area only confirms that the system configuration has started; use the next section to verify that the connection reaches the expected region.
After the client reports a successful connection, verify the actual access result as well.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing, choose a region from the client’s route list. For everyday browsing and collaboration tools, start with a geographically nearby region; for region-specific content, choose a route matching the target region. VPNWR provides 100+ countries / 160+ routes, including IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes. You do not need to study each type at first—use a client-recommended or currently available route to complete the connection.
Click Connect and wait for the client status to stabilize, then open an international website you have not loaded before. If it opens normally, check whether the current exit region matches the selected route. A standard IP-check page can show the country or region, but one result is not a speed guarantee; it only confirms whether traffic is using the selected exit.
Next, open the apps you actually need, such as a browser, collaboration tool, Streaming service, or AI Tools, and complete a real access test. If a webpage opens but one app still cannot connect, the cause may be that the app does not follow the system connection, client split-routing settings, or stale cache—not necessarily a failed route. Fully quit the app, keep the client connected, and reopen it for another test.
After verification, you can favorite routes that perform well to make them easier to find next time. To use the service on multiple devices, sign in to the dashboard on each one, get the client, and import the subscription under the same account. Unlimited devices are supported, but all devices share the data allowance of the selected plan.
Checking in a fixed order makes issues easier to locate than repeatedly reinstalling everything.
Backtrack step by step when something goes wrong
If the client shows no routes at all, return to the dashboard and confirm that the plan is still active. Then check that you copied the complete subscription link and manually update the subscription in the client. If the update fails, delete the item you just added and import it again. Do not remove other network configurations from the system or create multiple identical subscriptions.
If routes appear but will not connect, disconnect first and try another route in the same region. Then switch the network used by the device once and confirm that system permissions are enabled. If the client connects but webpages do not open, close old browser tabs and test again, then check whether the client has enabled a split-routing rule unsuitable for the current situation.
If only one app behaves unexpectedly, record its name, the device system, selected region, route type, and the message shown when the issue occurred. Include this information in your ticket; it is more useful than simply writing “not working.” A subscription link is personal information, so do not paste it into the ticket text or screenshots.
