These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border access and international route subscription services provided by VPNWR. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using a related client, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop using the service.

Service Scope and Eligibility

VPNWR provides cross-border access, international website access, and network path optimization through clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and subscription configurations. Current coverage includes 100+ countries / 160+ routes. Available regions, route types, and connection status are shown in the user panel.

Performance may vary with network conditions, location, carrier policies, the status of destination websites, and device settings. VPNWR may adjust available regions, connection methods, or client features for route maintenance, capacity management, and service security, without changing the traffic allowance or validity rules expressly stated in a purchased order.

Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their username, password, and subscription details and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but use is limited to the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Users may not sell, rent, publicly share, mass-distribute, or otherwise transfer accounts, subscription addresses, or connection configurations to unrelated third parties, nor package a personal subscription as another paid service. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, configuration exposure, or account risks caused by voluntarily sharing credentials.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details before submitting an order.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and are solely responsible for content accessed, transmitted, or published through the service. Users may not use VPNWR for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, attacks on network systems, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, interference with route operations, or abuse that could materially affect other users' normal connections.

If VPNWR must restrict a connection or preserve necessary order and account records due to valid legal requirements, clear evidence of abuse, or service security risks, it will act within the limits permitted by applicable rules. VPNWR follows an anonymous no-logs policy and does not record browsing content; information necessary for account management, orders, traffic calculation, and troubleshooting is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNWR continuously maintains its routes, clients, and user panel. However, cross-border connections are affected by public networks, local carriers, changes to destination services, device settings, and events beyond reasonable control. Therefore, VPNWR does not guarantee continuous access to every region, network environment, or third-party website. During scheduled maintenance or temporary failures, some routes may require switching or a subscription refresh.

Users must ensure that their device system, client permissions, and network configuration meet the service requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWR is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, exposed credentials, changes to third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. If a connection fails, users may first refresh the subscription, switch routes, and submit a ticket through the user panel describing the device platform, network, and symptoms.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a ticket in the user panel and verified against the relevant subscription order and payment record. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT orders are handled under these terms, and refunds are completed through the available method for the original order.

Voluntarily stopping use of the service does not automatically delete an account or cancel submitted orders. If an account involves subscription resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious attacks, fraudulent payment, service interference, or refusal to stop abuse, VPNWR may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the risk. Whether advance notice can be provided depends on the urgency of the risk and applicable rules.

Updates and Effective Date

VPNWR may update these terms to reflect service features, operating rules, legal requirements, or risk controls. Updated content will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If you do not agree, stop using the service and submit a request where permitted under the refund terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules for using VPNWR. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions about accounts, orders, or service use can be submitted through the ticket function in the user panel.
