Learn what data this service handles, why it is handled, and how you can manage it.

Last updated: September 2026

This policy applies to the VPNWR website, user panel, and cross-border network acceleration subscription services. Please read these data handling rules before using the relevant features. VPNWR processes information only as needed to provide services, complete transactions, maintain security, and improve the website. Connection data is not used to build browsing profiles.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. During registration, the system processes the username, password hash, account status, and necessary security records to identify the account, maintain the login session, and prevent unusual access. VPNWR does not require users to submit an email address. Information users enter voluntarily in a support ticket is used only to handle that request.

When purchasing a subscription or data package, the system stores the order items, amount due, payment status, creation time, and identifiers needed to reconcile the transaction. These records are used to deliver the service, display orders, process refund requests, verify payment results, and meet necessary financial obligations. The system also processes plan status, used data, and remaining data to provide the selected service plan.

When visiting the VPNWR marketing website and user panel, the system may process page visits, referring pages, browser type, operating system, error information, and basic network information. This site analytics data is used to check whether pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve content structure. It is not used to record the websites users access through international routes.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNWR follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain web content, communications, or DNS query content, or create persistent connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing history. During route transmission, necessary network status may be processed temporarily to establish connections, calculate data usage, limit unusual requests, and keep the service available.

Temporary technical status is used only as needed to complete connection processing, troubleshoot faults, or perform security checks. Once those purposes end, the data is overwritten, deleted, or de-identified and is not retained as a long-term browsing history. When users submit a support ticket, VPNWR investigates only on the basis of the device environment, error behavior, and route information they provide.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security status. These technologies keep users logged in as they move between pages and help the system identify repeated unusual requests. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the login state from being maintained, and some user panel features may not work properly.

Site analytics may use anonymous or de-identified markers to distinguish access sessions. VPNWR does not use these markers to record browsing content on international routes or create cross-site interest profiles from connection records. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users will need to log in again and reselect some preferences.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNWR supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network. Those third parties receive information necessary to complete the transaction under their own privacy rules. VPNWR receives the payment result, order identifier, and data needed to reconcile the transaction, but does not store complete payment credentials held by third parties.

Third-party payment services are responsible for the data they independently collect and process. Users should read the rules provided by their chosen payment method before paying. VPNWR uses payment results only to complete orders, handle disputes, and apply relevant refund arrangements, not to build promotional profiles unrelated to subscription services.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Security

Account information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and payment reconciliation records are kept for the period needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Support ticket content is deleted or de-identified after issue handling and any necessary follow-up review are complete. Site analytics data is aggregated, anonymized, or cleared once it no longer serves an analytical purpose.

Users can request deletion of their account and deletable personal data through the account features in the user panel or the support ticket entry point. After receiving a request, VPNWR verifies control of the account and processes information that no longer needs to be retained. Records that must be kept because of incomplete orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable rules will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends. VPNWR uses access controls, transmission protection, and permission separation to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Policy Updates and User Choices

This policy may be revised because of feature changes, changes in data handling, or updates to applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or data uses will be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the latest version and decide whether to continue using the relevant features.

This policy should be read together with the VPNWR Terms of Service. To request access, export, correction, or deletion of account-related data, log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket describing the request and the relevant account information.
